1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Make Receipt ("we", "our", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Permitted Use
Make Receipt provides a platform for generating receipt mockups. This tool is designed and intended strictly for:
- Educational and testing purposes
- Replacing lost or damaged original receipts for personal records
- Creating props for theatrical, film, or artistic productions
- Creating mockups for business systems or software testing
3. Prohibited Use
You explicitly agree NOT to use Make Receipt for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Creating fake receipts to commit return fraud at retail stores
- Falsifying tax documents or submitting fraudulent business expenses
- Engaging in identity theft or impersonation
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
We reserve the right to ban users and report suspected illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Make Receipt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Make Receipt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
